Dear partner in ministry:
Women of the ELCA is grateful for your
leadership in your congregation and all you do to support the
growth of the church.
We invite you to be refreshed, inspired,
and renewed this summer at Women of the ELCA’s Seventh Triennial
Gathering, July 10–13, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Gathering features worship, Bible
study, inspiring speakers, and workshops focused on helping us
better understand our faith and what it means to live it out in
our congregations and communities as baptized children of God.
(All plenaries and workshops are eligible for continuing
education units; see our
Web site
for details.)
Workshop leaders include Diane Jacobson,
director of the ELCA’s Book of Faith initiative; Catherine
Malotky, regular columnist for Lutheran Woman Today
magazine and a retirement planning manager for the Board of
Pensions; and Karris Golden, a speaker and frequent writer for
Café: Stirring the Spirit
Within.
