History

the women, famous or not, who you know are working for change?
What cause or women's issue
is most important to you? Is there an organization or
program that could use your talents and voice to achieve
their mission? Does your
congregation's youth group or Women of the ELCA group
actively participate in social action

associate for programs at Women of the ELCA, suggests linking
to internet search engines like Google to begin.
"Search the words 'feminist, womanist, family' — the
issues you care about — to find many ways to sign letters,
petitions, and be educated on advocating for the rights of
women to everything from health care to physical safety."
