threat in your life? Did your opinion about mercury change when you
read this issue of Café or after you visited some of the
links in Internet Café?
Do you live
on or near a body of water? Do you enjoy water-related recreational

step in again?
How do you think
your life might be affected by mercury in the water? How would that
differ if you lived on the water, made your living from a
water-related industry, or regularly incorporated fish and seafood
into your diet?
Regardless of
your political affiliation, do you agree that people with a
spiritual identity should become actively involved in legislation
regarding environmental concerns? If so, can you name ways that you,
as an individual, a small group, or as a larger community of faith,
can persuade your legislators to back laws that positively influence
our environment?
As you think about
future generations, are you concerned about the presence of mercury
in the water and in fish and seafood? What can you do about it today
to make a difference tomorrow?
Will you send
for a mercury testing kit? Do you know someone who might benefit
from learning more about the level of mercury in their bodies? Will
you share this information with them?
