5k Run, Walk 'n' Roll
At the Triennial Gathering in July 2008, women raised more than $50,000 to support the "Raising Up Healthy Women and Girls" health initiative. You can download the planning sheet (PDF file).

Healthy Heart fair
You can hold a healthy heart fair on campus, at church, or at the dorm. This fair allows people to examine their emotional and spiritual hearts.

American Heart Association
The Web site for the American Heart Association features complete information about heart health for women and men. From calculating your heart attack risk to cooking heart healthy meals, this Web site is a great place to start to learn about heart health.

Heart disease
The Centers for Disease control and Prevention (CDC) Web site offers the latest information about heart disease.
