Welcome to the study page!
Use the questions and ideas below to guide your reflection and conversation on this month's topic.

"Faith reflections" discussion questions by Beth Birkholz

1. How healthy is your heart? Physically? Spiritually? Emotionally?

2. Are you in any kind of denial about your heart health? What changes, if any, do you want to make? How will you make these changes, and what support will you seek?

3. Do you believe that God really cares about your heart in all its aspects? Why or why not? What Bible verses would support this, or not?

4. Even if you don’t feel as healthy as you want to be, how do you experience God’s grace when it comes to your heart?

5. Have you ever prayed for God to help you be healthier and to help you encourage others? Have you checked out what Women of the ELCA is doing through the Raising Up Healthy Women and Girls initiative?
