1. What would you like to be
the first thing people notice about you?
a) that you are kind
b) your stomach
c) your butt
d) that you are confident
2. When you first meet
someone, what is most memorable?
a) whether they are friendly or mean
b) whether they have a fat or flat stomach
c) whether they have a big butt or no butt
d) whether they are comfortable with themselves or not
3. If you had to wear a bumper
sticker across your forehead conveying who you are, what would it say?
What do you really want people to know about you? Does it have anything
to do with your body shape or size? If it doesn’t, can you put more
energy into becoming who you are called to be as a person and put less
energy into the size jeans you think you are supposed to fit in?
4. If you authentically feel
that your body is giving a different message than who you are on the
inside, how can you put energy into healthy practices that will help you
slowly and thoughtfully become more fully in body who you are uniquely
created to be?
