Order your guide to discernment now

Author Debra Farrington has several books about transition and discernment. Her helpful resource, Listening to God: A Guide to Discernment, written specifically for Women of the ELCA, is a guide to discerning what God's plan is for each of us. This six-part study helps readers recognize how, with discernment, we can hear God calling us to new action.

As part of this process, Farrington looks at four areas that help us to be better listeners: prayer, attention, study, and community.

This is a great exercise to do with a small group, whether it is with your peers or a women's group. Order this resource.
