So how do you deal with anger? Did this article show you that you might not be dealing with anger well somewhere in your life?

I find it funny how I've been praying for inner peace with myself and I happened across this article today. Prayer is Powerful!! I am planning on reading The Dance of Anger and relaxing at the spirit spa!

I plan to get a copy of this book, The Dance of Anger. I am wondering if it might be a helpful tool in my work with adolescent youth that are very frustrated and angry with their lives. I found Inez reflections on this issue very inspiring. The scripture reminded me of several couples that were married 65 plus years that stated that the key to their long, happy marriage was never go to bed angry....or at least agree to disagree and turn in at night with the understanding that they loved each other regardless of the disagreement. God bless you all.... Thanks, Bunny

I was just going over my notes on Conflict Resolution when I read this article. I wish I had read these many years ago. Thanks for the reminder.

Many years ago "The Dance of Anger" caught my eye on the shelf of a used book store. I was not an angry person, but I was drawn to purchase the book. A couple of weeks later at an initial appointment with a psycotherapist it was recomended that I read two books; "The Dance of Anger" was one of those two books. It also had incredible explanations and an analogy of why changes in relational behaviour are so difficult to implement. I highly recomend "The Dance of Anger" for anyone who tries to understand behaviour and how one can affect change.

Good article. I think this is someone everyone needs to take a look at in their lives, I forwarded it to many young women I know.

Your points on anger are ones I have heard before. However, seeing the basics in print was a helpful reminder. Thank you.
